  • This Risk Disclosure explains the risks associated with trading and the use of Trading Smarter and related content provided on www.tradingsmarter.online (the "Website").Trading Smarter includes trading tools for MetaTrader 5 such as indicators, alerts, and (on eligible plans) an automated Expert Advisor ("EA").
By using Trading Smarter, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks described below.

1: No Investment Advice

Trading Smarter and all information on the Website are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing we provide is:

  • investment advice
  • financial advice
  • a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument
  • personalized advice based on your situation

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results.

2: Trading Involves Significant Risk

Trading financial instruments can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose

Losses can occur quickly due to:

  • high volatility
  • leverage
  • market gaps
  • news events
  • sudden liquidity changes

3: Leverage Increases Risk

Leverage can magnify both profits and losses. Even small price movements can cause large losses, margin calls, or forced liquidation. Ensure you fully understand leverage and margin requirements before trading.

4: Past Performance Is Not Indicative of Future Results

Any examples, backtests, screenshots, or performance discussions are not guarantees. Market conditions change and strategies can perform differently or stop working.

5: Indicator Signals and Alerts Are Not Guarantees

The Trading Smarter Indicator may display market regimes, structure events (e.g., BOS/CHOCH, sweeps, retests), filters, signals, and alerts. These are tools, not promises of outcomes.

Signals may:

  • fail or lead to losses
  • appear late or be missed due to data/tick differences
  • vary by broker feed and symbol specifications
  • be affected by spreads, slippage, and execution delays
  • behave differently across timeframes and sessions

6: Automated Trading (EA) Carries Additional Risks

If you use the Trading Smarter Trader EA (available on eligible plans), you accept additional risks, including:

  • slippage, requotes, partial fills, and worse-than-expected execution
  • spread spikes that change trade cost and outcomes
  • connectivity issues (internet/VPS outages)
  • platform issues (MT5 freezes, crashes, updates, server downtime)
  • incorrect configuration of EA settings (lot size, limits, signal permissions)
  • high volatility behavior during news events

Automation executes rules. It does not “think” or guarantee best outcomes.

Strong recommendation: test on a demo account and use conservative settings before going live.

7: Broker and Platform Risks

Your results depend heavily on broker conditions, including:

  • spreads, commissions, and swaps/financing
  • execution speed and slippage
  • minimum stop distances and symbol rules
  • hedging/FIFO restrictions (if applicable)
  • server stability and liquidity availability

We are not responsible for broker execution quality, platform restrictions, or any third-party failures

8: Technical and Operational Risks

All software carries technical risks. These may include:

  • bugs or unexpected behavior
  • incorrect or missing historical data
  • power/OS failures and hardware issues
  • MT5 updates affecting compatibility
  • user setup errors (wrong symbol/timeframe/ settings)
  • permission issues (WebRequest/DLL settings affecting licensing validation)

You are responsible for monitoring your trading environment.

9: You Are Responsible for Risk Management

You should apply strict risk management, such as:

  • appropriate position sizing
  • maximum daily/weekly loss limits
  • limiting the number of simultaneous trades
  • avoiding high-impact news if required by your plan
  • using stop-loss and protective rules where appropriate

If you do not understand trading risk, do not use automation on live funds.

10: No Liability for Trading Losses

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time, including features, pricing, tiers, and compatibility. We do not guarantee compatibility with every broker, symbol specification, or MT5 update

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GASM SmartDrivers LLC is not liable for:

  • any trading losses or lost profits
  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • broker/platform/ VPS/internet-related issues
  • missed alerts or execution differences

You use Trading Smarter at your own risk.
